Federal Contributions
Federal contributions are used for federal election activities including supporting individual federal candidates. Funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to federal contribution limits of no more than $10,000 in a calendar year from any "individual."
Important Notes
- Contributions to Republican Party of Texas are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Corporate and foreign national contributions are prohibited by law. Not printed at taxpayer expense.
- Federal law requires Republican Party of Texas to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
- The maximum allowable contribution per person is $10,000 per year.
- Federal Law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle.
